See who owes you money

Every sale marked Partial or Unpaid adds to a customer's balance automatically — you never have to add up who owes what by hand.

Find the list

1. Open the Customers tab.
2. Customers with a balance show it next to their name, largest first.
3. Tap a customer to see every order that makes up what they owe, and every payment they've made against it.

Reading a balance

A balance is the total of everything a customer has bought minus everything they've paid — across every order, not just the most recent one. If they pay part of an old order and part of a new one, the balance is still just one number: what's left.

This list only includes named, saved customers. A walk-in sale can carry a balance too, but with no one attached to it, it won't show up here.
