Send a payment reminder

Chasing money is easier when it's a message instead of a conversation. Zalyx puts the numbers together for you so the reminder is just a tap away.

Send one

1. Open the Customers tab and tap the customer with a balance.
2. Tap Send reminder.
3. Zalyx fills in what they owe and since when — review it, then choose to send by WhatsApp or SMS.

What it says

The reminder states the outstanding balance and a polite request to settle it — no guesswork, since the amount comes straight from their order history. You can send a reminder as often as makes sense; it doesn't change the balance itself, only a part payment or full settlement does.

This only works for named, saved customers — a walk-in sale has no contact to send a reminder to, which is one more reason to save a customer's details when you can.
