Record a sale

Every sale you record updates what you are owed, so the money side of your business stays accurate without any adding up at the end of the day.

Record a sale

1. Open the Order tab and tap Create Order.
2. Choose a customer, or leave it blank if you do not have their details.
3. Add what you sold. Tap Add from catalog for something you have saved, or Add item to type it in once.
4. Set how much was paid: Full, Partial, or Unpaid.
5. If anything is still owed, set a balance due date.
6. Tap Create Order.

If the customer pays later

Open the order and tap Record Balance Payment. Zalyx keeps the balance and the due date up to date, and the order moves to fully paid once nothing is outstanding.
