Add a staff member

If someone else records sales or takes payments for you, they should have their own account — not your phone and your password.

Invite one

1. Open More → Manage Staff.
2. Tap Invite staff and enter their name and phone number.
3. Zalyx creates an invite code and link — share it with them directly, or send it over WhatsApp.
4. They open the link to join your business under their own login.

The invite expires after 7 days if it isn't used, so send it while it's fresh. Every sale a staff member records afterward is attributed to them, so you can always see who did what without asking.
